Meet the School Board Members:

President: Pastor Tom Houser- 

Tom and Michele were married in June of 1990 and have two boys, both of which attend DCS. Tom holds a Bachelors degree and MBA from The Ohio State University.  He is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. In 2005, Godconvinced Tom to walk away from the business he started in 1998 in order to enter full-time ministry.  In July 2007, he was hired as Grace Point's Pastor of Discipleship and Administration.The verses that have most greatly impacted Tom are 1 Corinthians 9:24-27, which speak to running the Christian race in such a way as to get the prize.  It is from these verses that Tom chose the name for his discipleship blog www.runinsuchaway.com. Dr. Kristin Campbell

Pastor Paul McCullough- Paul was born and raised in Cincinnati. It was there, right before his 13th birthday, that He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.  Upon high school graduation he began his undergraduate career at OSU following a pre-dental track.  For all four years of college Paul was active in Campus Crusade for Christ.  Midway through he sensed that God was calling Him into full-time ministry.  He switched his major to communication and applied to Asbury Theological Seminary.  After seminary he sought ordination through The United Methodist Church, serving in ministry to youth and as a senior pastor.  In 2012 Paul will celebrate 25 years in ministry and in 2013 he will receive his doctoral degree from Ashland Theological Seminary.  Paul and his wife and their four children have made Delaware their home for seven years now.  Their two oldest children graduated from DCS.  Two are still attending. Hans Peterson--Hans and Julie were married in 1998.They moved to Delaware from Columbus in 2003. They currently have two girls at Delaware Christian, Hannah and Carlee. They attend Delaware Bible Church. Hans joined the board in October, 2010. He currently is an assembly technician/toolmaker at Xigent Automation Systems.  His interests include history, taking educational trips and vacations and motorsports.
