School Forms Due September 5

The first day of school, elementary students will bring home the following forms in their Monday folder: Emergency Contact, Permission to Dispense Medication, and for grades 2-6, the Acceptable use of Technology Equipment. The high school students will receive all three forms in homeroom. Please return all forms into the school office by Friday, September 5th.
