Temirlan Snedden Wins Spelling Bee

Fourth grader, Temirlan Snedden, won the DCS Spelling Bee in the 12^th round by correctly spelling the words “intercept” and “onslaught.”  Temirlan is required to take an online test to qualify for the 2012 Ohio University Scripps College of Communication Regional Spelling Bee.  Fifth grader, Moriah Marquis, was runner-up.  Congratulations to both spellers and all students who participated. Temirlan also won the National Geographic Geography Bee this year.
