LUNCH PROGRAM GUIDELINES: Senate Bill 210 went into effect July 1, 2011. This bill restricts food and beverage sales for all schools in the State of Ohio. The rules apply during school hours. What does it mean to Delaware Christian School? Foods of minimal nutrition value (soda, snack cakes, candy, chips (Cheetos, Fritos, etc.) cannot be sold. Available for purchase will be will be snacks like NutriGrain Cereal & Yogurt Bars, Kashi TLC Bars, Quaker Kid’s Mix Snack Mix, pretzels and baked chips.
