Drama Club

One of the big events of the school year is the spring play. DCS students are involved in every aspect of the production from student director, set engineers, make-up crews and costumes.  This year, the Drama Club tackled Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None. This mystery was a first for the thespians. The 2010 production was Where the Lilies Bloom by Celeste Raspanti. Junior and senior high students are eligible to participate. The spring production of 2009 was Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest. Other recent dramas include: E.B White's Charlotte's Web, Cheaper by the Dozen, Bells on Their Toes, The Mouse Trap, Our Town and Arsenic and Old Lace.

Director David Art is in his 23rd year of dramatic productions at DCS.
