I became a teacher because...: I wanted to teach students to appreciate and understand the past with a biblical perspective and to help them see how we got where we are and how that relates to God's plan for their lives.
My favorite thing about DC...: Two things: the student body-they are truly fun to teach; and the staff and administration who are all encouraging and love the Lord.
Most memorable moment in teaching so far...: Seeing students who struggled academically become A students in high school. Other memorable moments would be from directing school plays-many, many memorable moments!
When not at school I enjoy...: Reading, playing the piano, going on short trips with my family.
I am currently learning...: how to raise teenagers to love the Lord with all their heart, soul and mind.
My students do not know that I...: Am one of the most renowned experts of the The Andy Griffith Show.
